SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of display control and can be used in liquid crystal displays. Shift register comprises a downstream feed module, an output module, a first downshifting module, a second downshifting unit, a first downshift module and a second downshift module. Downstream feed module is designed to receive a phase-shift signal(s) from the shift register of the previous stage. Output module is designed to output phase-shift signals and a scan signal. First downgrade module, the second downshift module, first downmix module and the second downmix module are designed to store the output of the output module at the low voltage level after the output module outputs the scan signal.

EFFECT: reduced size of the transistor, prevented wear of the transistor and increasing the load capacity of the circuit.
