SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and relates to a combined biopreservative for the preparation of feed in cattle breeding and a method for its production. Bacterial strain for ensilage of Lactococcus lactis subsp.lactis feed BKM B-3056 D, resistant to bacitracin at a concentration of 20 mcg/ml, and a bacterial strain Lactobacillus plantarum BKM B-3055 D, possessing glycosyl-hydrolase (xylanase) activity are offered. Complex biopreservative for ensilage of feeds as a lyophilized powder contains a mixture of lyophilized dried strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis BKM B-3056 D, Lactobacillus plantarum BKM B-3055 D and Propionibacterium acidipropionici VKPM-B-5723 in the ratio of ingredients in wgt% 2:2:1, respectively, the protective medium and filler – dry whey. Number of viable bacteria in the finished product is at least 1×1011 CFU/g. Method for producing a bioconvant based on novel strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis BKM B-3056 D, Lactobacillus plantarum BKM B-3055 D, obtained by bioengineering, non-directional mutagenesis and selection, and the strain of Propionibacterium acidipropionici VKPM-B-5723, includes their separate cultivation, concentration of culture fluids, mixing each of the obtained biomasses with a protective medium in a 1:1 ratio and freeze-drying the obtained biomass. Obtained dry biomass of the strains is mixed with each other in a ratio of 2:2:1, followed by standardization of the preparation with the addition of dry whey to a content of living microorganisms of at least 1×1011 CFU/g. Implementation of a group of inventions makes it possible to successfully ferment laborious feeds and also to work in difficult weather conditions. Preparation is environmentally safe, has high processability, non-toxic, has no strong smell.
EFFECT: use of a combined bioconvant leads to an increase in the nutritional value and digestibility of the feeds obtained.
