FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to screw downhole motors and screw pumps and can be used in oil and gas, mining and other industries. According to the first embodiment the screw hydraulic machine bimetallic stator comprises made of steel or titanium alloy outer cylindrical metal layer 1. Inside layer 1, inner metal layer 2 is fixed with inner screw teeth 3 formed therein. Layer 2 is made of tin, or zinc, or aluminum, or copper based alloy with melting point below the layer 1 melting point, but above the stator operating environment temperature. Layer 2 is reinforced, at most, by one layer of mesh 4, made of metal with melting point higher than the layer 2 melting point. According to the second embodiment, in the bimetallic stator the elastomer layer 5 is attached to the teeth 3 surface.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at increase in the screw hydraulic machine reliability and service life.
