FIELD: drilling equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to screw hydraulic machines and can be used in oil and gas, mining and other industries. Helical hydraulic machine comprises stator 2 consisting of housing 1 with fixed lining 3 with internal helical teeth 4, made of an elastic material, and rotor 5 with external helical teeth 6, the number of which is by one less than the number of teeth 4. Axis of rotor 5 is displaced relative to the axis of stator 2 by the value of eccentricity equal to half the radial height of teeth 4, 6. Profiles of external teeth 6 and internal teeth 4 in end section are made mutually bendable. Moves of helical teeth 4, 6 are proportional to their number of teeth 4, 6. Surface of teeth 4 is lined with at least one protective layer 7 of fabric. Fabric is used from synthetic, artificial and natural industrial fibers. Fabric material is made more durable than elastic material of teeth 4, and is attached to them with adhesive with volumetric filling of space between fibers and (or) threads of fabric with elastic material of teeth 4.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing service life, working moment and efficiency of screw hydraulic machine.
