FIELD: drilling equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates namely screw downhole motors and screw pumps, and can be used in oil and gas production, mining and other industries. The technical objective of the invention is to develop a mould and method for manufacturing a stator of a screw hydraulic machine with teeth reinforced with twisted ropes, made in the form of metal cord and (or) non-metallic threads, placed inside the elastic material of the teeth to simplify the manufacturing technology of such a stator and reduce the labour intensity of its manufacture. This task is achieved by the fact that the mould in the forming working cavity contains placed twisted ropes, fixed in the cavity, in extreme cases from the side of the sprue holes and laid in the cavities of the core teeth. In another version of the mould, in its formative working cavity, on the side of the sprue holes, on the core with gaps along the surface of the core teeth and the body, a sleeve is installed with the ability to move along the core teeth, having channels at the surface of the core teeth cavities and (or) in the central part cavities of the core teeth, and (or) from the side of the cavities of the core teeth, while twisted ropes are threaded into the channels, secured in the cavity, in extreme cases, from the side of the sprue holes and laid in the forming working cavity in the cavities of the core teeth. The mould is made in one of the variants: through the gating holes of the mould, an elastic material is pumped into the forming working cavity of the mould, the mould is heated to the vulcanization temperature of the elastic material, maintained at this temperature until the end of the vulcanization process, the mould is cooled, and the mould core is removed from the stator.

EFFECT: manufacturing technology of a screw hydraulic machine stator with hardened teeth is simplified and the labour intensity of manufacturing is reduced.
