FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technological processes and can be used in mining to intensify the extraction of heavy hydrocarbon raw materials, in particular high-viscosity oils and native bitumen, as well as in the field of oil refining of heavy oils and residual oil fractions. Catalyst for destructive hydrogenation of heavy hydrocarbon raw materials obtained by the reaction of interaction when the salt of monocarboxylic acids of flotohudron is heated – the bottom residue of the fatty acid oxidation column of the production of synthetic fatty acids and water-soluble inorganic of transition metals. Method of using this catalyst is that the catalyst is dissolved in a non-polar organic solvent and introduced into the formation together with heating of the heavy hydrocarbon raw materials, wherein the mass flow rate of the catalyst solution is from 0.01 to 5.0 % by weight from the expected amount of oil produced in a particular field.
EFFECT: expansion of the list of catalysts used for intensification of extraction of heavy hydrocarbon raw materials, decreased catalyst formation temperature, decreased temperature of the upgrading processes of heavy hydrocarbon raw materials, viscosity reduction and increased oil fluidity, expansion of the scope of catalysts, increase in the profitability of the oil extraction and transportation.
