FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: target is achieved by creating a catalyst which is soluble in polar and nonpolar liquids catalyst by reaction of interaction while heating a ligand-containing component and a catalyst base – iron group metal oxide, in temperature range of plus 50 to + 200 °C. Ligand-containing component used is an alkylbenzene sulphonic acid, metal oxide is iron (III) oxide-Fe2O3, double iron oxide FeO⋅Fe2O3, as well as other metals of iron group, namely cobalt Co and nickel Ni. Catalyst is used by dissolving in working liquid, which is introduced into a reservoir, based on mass flow of catalyst in working liquid in range of 1⋅10-3 to 2⋅10° % of expected quantity of produced oil of a specific deposit taking into account physical and chemical nature of fluids and formation rock. Effect of claimed catalyst on oil reduces content of heavy fractions and increases content of light fractions, considerably reduces viscosity and increases fluidity of oil.
EFFECT: invention can be used in mining for intensification of extraction of heavy high viscous oil, as well as in chemical, paint, textile industry.
