FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, in particular to self-compacting concrete mixtures, and can be used in making concrete articles, structures and structures using man-made material of concrete scrap from destroyed buildings. Method of producing a self-compacting concrete mixture based on crushed concrete consists in step-by-step mixing of the following components at the following ratio, wt. %: portland cement – 21.0-25.5, quartz sand with fineness modulus of not more than 1.8 – 28.2-31.9, broken concrete crushed stone with particle size of 5-10 mm – 23.4-29.5, polycarboxylate superplasticiser – 0.05-0.17, expanding additive – 2.4-4.3, microfiller – 4.6-8.3, water – balance. After dry mixing of portland cement, quartz sand, crushed concrete, expanding additive and micro-filler, 2/3 of hardening water is added, everything is mixed to a homogeneous mass, then the remaining water and the polycarboxylate superplasticiser are added and the mixture is then mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
EFFECT: creation of self-compacting concrete mixture with low shrinkage and high modulus of elasticity; in addition, the proposed solution allows to expand the range of concrete mixtures increasing the efficiency of the process of recycling construction wastes.
