FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and is intended for monitoring and evaluating the actual state of railway track elements by the condition of their ruggedness along the forces of interaction between a rolling stock and railway track. As part of a goods train, a diagnostic goods car is equipped with strain-gauge wheel pairs, which measure the vertical and lateral forces transmitted from the wheels of the diagnostic goods car to the rails. In addition, before the trip the path parameters are entered to the on-board control system of a goods train, depending on the construction of the upper structure of the estimated track. Vertical and lateral forces are measured for a loaded diagnostic goods car in the frequency range, determined taking into account the spectrum of power components, arising in the contact of the wheel with the rail during the passage of a diagnostic goods train along long road irregularities, short road irregularities and irregularities on the surface of the rolling of the rail. Load device is placed in the structure of the goods train, with the help of which the modulus of the track is determined in real time. According to the measured values of the vertical and lateral forces, the elastic modulus and the track parameters introduced before the trip, the characteristics of the stress-strain state of the track under the diagnostic goods car are determined on the operated sections of any length, with reference to specific sections of the path using a GPS navigation device.
EFFECT: as a result, accuracy and reliability of determining the characteristics of the stress-strain state of the track increases.
