SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to anatomy, and can be used for the manufacture of anatomical models of hollow and tubular organs, which are further used in the educational process as visual aids. Method of manufacturing the anatomical models of hollow and tubular organs is performed on the basis of corrosion technology, which includes a dense and uniform filling of the hollow and tubular structures of the anatomical complex with silicone sealant, application of the ligature, avoiding leakage of silicone sealant, fixation of the anatomical complex in the solution of the chromium mixture and subsequent washing under tap water until the hydrolyzed tissues are completely removed. "Herment" is used as a silicone sealant. Fixation of the polymer is carried out in a solution consisting of sulfuric acid – 63.4 %, distilled water – 34.5 %, potassium dichromate (K₂Cr₂O₇) – 2.1 %.

EFFECT: proposed method provides the possibility of using both native and fixed anatomical material in formalin or other fixing fluids, reduction of production time of impression of the internal structure of the organ cavities, decrease of the viscosity of the solution introduced, simplicity of the tinting of the impression for differentiation of the hollow structures.
