FIELD: medicine; topographic anatomy.

SUBSTANCE: stump of the left gastric artery is ligated after highlighting the posterior semicircle of the celiac trunk. Next, the own hepatic artery is isolated, stitched and ligated, and the portal vein too. Then, in the stump of the root of the mesentery of the small intestine, the main trunk of the superior mesenteric artery and vein is isolated, followed by their ligation. The splenic artery and vein are ligated at the level of the transected splenic-pancreatic ligament. Next, control washing of the studied vascular bed is carried out, additional ligation is carried out in the places where the solution flows. The stump of the celiac trunk, the superior mesenteric artery and the portal vein are alternately cannulated with a plastic tube from an intravenous infusion system connected to a 50 cm3 syringe. The tube in the lumen of the vessel is fixed with a ligature from the outside, the injection mass is introduced into the vessel until the resistance of the syringe piston, after which the tube is removed and the ligatures are tightened.

EFFECT: method provides for the creation of a certain algorithm of actions for filling the arterial and venous bed of the pancreas, which makes it possible to describe the topographic anatomy of the studied vessel for studying the normal, topographic, constitutional anatomy of the pancreatic vascular basin, and does not require the use of flammable and corrosive agents.
