METHOD OF PLASTINATION OF ANATOMIC PREPARATIONS WITH APPLICATION OF SILICON RUBBER OF TECHNICAL PURPOSE Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A01N1/00

Abstract RU 2454073 C2

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A silicon composite is used with forced impregnation of a preparation as double boiled. Dehydration is carried out in acetone, the produced anatomic preparation is fixed in the 10% solution of acid formaline for 2 days. After fixation the preparation is washed in running tap water for 24 hours to remove remains of formaline from preparation tissues. Afterwards the preparation is placed for 24 hours into a freezing chamber at the temperature of at least -5°C. Then the washing procedure is repeated, and after the secondary washing, dehydration in acetone is carried out under the room temperature of +20°C. During the first week acetone is replaced three times: in 24 hours, then twice every 72 hours. The dehydration process is carried out until water content in the preparation does not drop to 20%. During dehydration acetone is replaced for 5 times with an interval of 1 week, starting from the 8th day. After dehydration of the preparation its forced impregnation is carried out, in process of which a sample is placed into a silicon composite made of 2 parts: silicon rubber SKTN-A and amide catalyst 76020. The volume of the catalyst makes 1% of the composite volume. The volume of composite is taken in the ratio of 10:1 to the volume of a biological object. Then the reservoir with the preparation in the silicon composite is placed onto an induction cooktop making it possible to support the permanent temperature of 60°C. Heating is carried out for 3 hours with intervals of 24 hours until acetone stops boiling. Then the preparation is left in the polymer composite for another 24 hours under room temperature. After forced impregnation polymer remains are thoroughly removed from the preparation surface. Then drying is carried out with a draught under room temperature.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce professional harm for personnel making preparations of laboratories, to increase their shelf and operation lives.
