FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used in continuous cast of aluminum ingots. Crystallizer pan comprises a body (1) and a cover (2). Inside the cover, lubricant feed unit consisting of a groove (5) from the outer edge of the cover and a groove (6) from the inner edge of the cover, connecting channels (7) and outlets (4). Turnerys (5) and (6) are communicated by connecting channels (7). In channels (7), hydraulic back-pressure valves are installed. Turnery (6) formed on the side of inner edge of the cover is connected to the outlets (4) located along the entire perimeter of the cover for supplying lubricant to the working surface of crystallizer pan. Uniform flow of lubricant to the working surface of the crystallizer pan body is provided. Outlets have a variable diameter, which simplifies process of their cleaning.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to shorten filling time of the feed device with lubricant, to ensure simultaneous start of lubricant supply from the outlets along the entire perimeter of the cover, keep the lubricant in turnery, made from outside of the cover after casting process is completed, to simplify cleaning process of the outlets.
