FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the downhole pumps. Multistage centrifugal pump comprises housing, rotating shaft and the first and second pump stages. First and second stages comprise connected to the body first and second guide vanes, respectively, and connected to the shaft the first and second impellers. Pump further comprises the axial load and support integral system, comprising at least one guide vanes bushing and at least one impeller bearing. Bushing and the bearing together provide the possibility of the first and second impellers independent axial movement. Integral system also comprises the guide vanes bushing, located within the second guide vanes and having the central passageway, upstream and downstream impellers bearings, connected to the shaft adjacent to the first and second impellers, respectively. At that, the downstream impeller bearing has central cylinder, which passes inside the said bushing central passage. Integral system provides the force opposite to the upward axial force and downward axial force, which are created by the pump first and second stages.
EFFECT: disclosed is the multistage centrifugal pump with integral wear-resistant axial thrust bearings.
