SUBSTANCE: invention relates to accessories for exercise training, in particular to training using specialized clothing equipped with means of electrical myostimulation. This claimed invention is a suit for electrical myostimulation exercise training and includes a waistcoat, a waistband for training the buttocks muscles, cuffs for the hands and feet, where each of the suit parts contains electrodes for electrical myostimulation, wherein the waistcoat has the following main parts: the back and two front parts, contains sewn electrical myostimulation electrodes, a fastener in the form of a zipper, and the back has a group of electrodes uniformly distributed throughout the back part, each of the front parts contains a group of electrodes, each electrode being fixed in a specially made conductive pocket on the waist lining; and the belt for training the buttocks muscles contains at least two electrodes located in specially made conductive pockets on the belt lining, and a fastener in the form of a Velcro; as for the cuffs for hands and feet, each is made in the form of a single piece containing an electrode and attached to the limb with a Velcro; wherein each of the electrodes is configured to receive signals from the control unit.
