SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and is a pharmaceutical composition for use in humans and animals with at least one systemically and/or locally acting topically applied active ingredient and at least one phospholipid which contains at least phosphatidylcholine at a concentration of at least 60% by weight relative to the phospholipid, the phospholipid having a natural origin, the composition being of such a liquid consistency that it can be sprayed as droplets. According to the invention, the composition comprises such a phospholipid which improves the transport of the active ingredient through the cell membrane and which, in addition to at least 60% by weight of phosphatidylcholine, comprises an oil component in a concentration of 2% by weight to 4.8% by weight, wherein the oil component contains free fatty acids, sterols, mono- and diglycerides, triglycerides, tocopherol and/or fatty acid esters.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the transport of the active ingredient through the cell membrane in topical application and a high penetration ability.
