FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in searching for, developing and evaluating new pharmacological, sanitary-and-hygienic, cosmetic products and medical technologies intended for emergency cleaning in the oral cavity of all open surfaces of teeth and dental structures. Disclosed method of dental cleansers screening is based on comparison of transparency of dental laboratory model before and after exposure of analyzed agent by means of determination by means of amperemeter in conditions of darkness of electric current in photosensor from oxyhemograph sensor when light emitted by the white light mini emitter and passing through the biological material and the plates made of colorless transparent quartz glass in the form of rectangular flat even sheets are placed on the base and are parallel and mirror-parallel to the base. When analyzing the obtained results, it is assumed that a decrease in the photocurrent strength indicates an increase in the content of the light-absorbing biomaterial. Denture model represents 4 plates tightly fixed by narrow ends on a single base in one row across it and perpendicular to the base surface with gaps of 2 mm. Each plate has thickness of 2 mm, width of 4 mm and height of 10 mm. Intensity of light passing through the transparent plates is recorded before, immediately after depositing on their surface a plaque simulator in form of thickened infusion of leaves of black tea and oyster mushrooms and then immediately after completion of the process of irrigating the surface of plates for 2 minutes with the solution of the test agent heated to a temperature of +43 – +65 °C, using an irrigation agent for the oral cavity.

EFFECT: technical result is rapid evaluation of agent purification activity in standard laboratory conditions.
