FIELD: nanotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, namely to a method for manufacturing a polymeric material with biological activity characterized by surface nanostructuring by etching with gas ions followed by applying a film-coated nanoscale coating comprising fluorine and carbon, by ion-stimulated precipitation in a vacuum. Method of manufacturing a nanocomposite material with biological activity comprises etching the surface of the substrate by ion-plasma treatment in a vacuum using tetrafluoromethane ions (CF4) and subsequent ion-stimulated deposition from the plasma-forming gaseous medium in a vacuum onto the nanostructured surface of the substrate of a carbon-containing modifying film. Wherein the surface nanostructuring of the substrate is carried out for 15–35 minutes, and a modifying film having a thickness of 20–200 nm is formed from octafluorocyclobutane (C4F8) for 3–15 minutes, ensuring the content of fluorine and carbon in the film in the atomic ratio (38–47):(60–55), respectively.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of etching of the substrate surface and subsequent deposition of the modifying film with improved antiadhesive properties, as well as a reduced moisture permeability.
