FIELD: nanotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnologies. Nanocomposite material with biological activity includes the substrate of polytetrafluoroethylene or polyethylene terephthalate, which has the nanostructured surface as the result of its etching by the tetrafluoromethane ion flows. Surface relief of the substrate is modified by the carbon-containing film, which is obtained by means of ion-stimulated precipitation in the vacuum from the plasma-forming gaseous medium. Carbon-containing film is obtained from octafluorocyclobutane, it contains fluorine and is made having the thickness of 20–200 nm. Atomic content of fluorine and carbon in the film is in the ratio of 0.6–0.8.

EFFECT: elimination of adhesion of microorganisms to the surface, superhydrophobicity and optical transparency of the material are ensured.
