SUBSTANCE: fastening assembly comprises a fastening member that includes a head section, a cylindrically shaped protruding section, a flange section that has an outer diameter greater than the cylindrically shaped section. Flange section has an outer diameter that is equal to or greater than the diameter of the head section. Flange section has a surface facing the first end and peripheral to the central axis of the fastening element. Fastening element, on the cylindrically shaped section, comprises an engaging section in which a portion of the engaging section has an outer diameter that is greater than the outer diameter of the cylindrically shaped section, the diameter of the engaging section being significantly smaller than the outer diameter of the flange section, wherein the portion of the engaging section is spaced from the surface of the flange section facing the first end such that the lock washer provided with a first central inner diameter that is smaller at one axial end of the lock washer than the second inner diameter at the other axial end of the lock washer, will be kept from reaching the surface of the flange section when inserted into the cylindrically shaped section with its smaller central diameter in the direction of the engaging section. Assembly further comprises a lock washer which is provided with a first inner diameter on the first end surface and a second inner diameter on the second end surface opposite the first surface. First inner diameter is smaller than the second inner diameter.
EFFECT: invention relates to a fastening assembly and is aimed at improving the reliability of fixing the fastening element.
