FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locking connections of the "bolt-nut" type and is aimed at eliminating the weakening of the threaded connection as a result of multidirectional vibration. The locking threaded connection contains a rod with an external thread in the form of a bolt (1) made of carbon, alloy or corrosion-resistant steel, and the fastening element of a locking threaded connection in the form of a tapered bushing (2) having a height that provides the ability to overlap at least two threads of a threaded profile bolt (1). The locking threaded connection also has a nut (3). The tapered bushing (2) on the side wall has a slot (4) in the form of an elongated through hole along the height of the side wall to impart springy properties when assembling the threaded connection. The base (9) of the tapered bushing (2) is made in the form of a flat ring. There are symmetrical grooves (5) on the base and the outer surface of the side wall of the tapered bushing (2). They reduce its cross-section to ensure tight compression of the outer threaded profile of the bolt (1). There is a gear ring (6) on the inner surface of the tapered bushing (2). The height of the profile of its teeth is 0.2-0.4 mm. The tapered bushing (2) is made of alloy steel. Its hardness is higher than the hardness of the steel which the bolt (1) is made of. The angle at the top of the truncated cone of the tapered bushing (2) is set less than 90 °. The nut (3) has two sections. The first section is a section (8) with an internal thread for the bolt (1) and the second section is a tapered hole (7) for mating with the outer tapered surface of the bushing (2).

EFFECT: reliable operation in conditions of multidirectional vibration.
