SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to engineering, in particular to snowmobile suspension systems. Suspension system for a snowmobile comprises a chassis and an endless drive track, a rail for engagement with the endless drive track, first and second suspension arms, a bracket arm, a link, a shock absorber and a tie rod. Snowmobile suspension system comprises a pivot point for connecting the second suspension arm with the chassis, arranged vertically above the pivot connection between the upper end of the shock absorber and the second suspension arm.
EFFECT: reduction of the effects of loads during acceleration and braking.
