Carry out fixation of bone fragments by a carbon plate having a thickness of 2 mm at the ends of the plate and 5 mm in the middle third of the plate, installation of carbon rivets only through one cortical bone plate, insertion along the longitudinal channel of the rivets of carbon spokes, with the legs of the rivets spread apart.
EFFECT: method helps to prevent a decrease in mechanical strength of the bone, reduce the risk of fracture of the plate and bone fragments.
