SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a measurement technique and can be used to measure force. Meter containing a rod deformation body, as well as at least four extensometers, which are mounted on the deformation body and are designed to measure the transverse and longitudinal elongation of the deformation body. Front elongated notch is provided on the front side at the intersection point between the central longitudinal axis (L) and the central transverse axis (Q1) of the deformation body. Opposite to the front elongated notch on the rear side is provided a rear elongated recess. On the left side, at least one left upper cutout is provided above the central transverse axis Q1 and one left lower cutout below the center lateral axis Q1. Opposite to these notches, at least one right upper cut and one right lower cut are provided on the right side. Angle α between the central transverse axis Q1 and the shortest connection line V between the front elongated notch and the left upper notch is not less than 17° and not more than 29°.

EFFECT: technical result is to simplify the adjustment of the meter.
