FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for measuring objects mass based on the Roberval mechanism. Proposed mass sensor includes a four-angle adjustment mechanism, which can reduce the sensitivity of quadrangular adjustment without reducing the rigidity of the Roberval mechanism. Mass sensor (1) includes Roberval mechanism (2), in which floating frame (21) and fixing frame (22) are joined by upper and lower auxiliary frames (23, 24) having thin portions (23b) formed thereon, and quadrangular adjustment mechanism (4) to perform parallel adjustment. Quadrangular adjustment mechanism (4) includes adjusting screw (41), as well as upper resilient member (42u) and lower elastic member (42d) arranged in series in the vertical direction, to place subframe (23) between them, which must be subjected to parallelism adjustment.
EFFECT: proposed device makes it possible to reduce the sensitivity of quadrangular adjustment without reducing the rigidity of the Roberval mechanism.
