SUBSTANCE: disposable diaper (1A), according to the invention, includes an absorbent element (4) with the fluid-absorbent core 41) and (42) and a sheet wrapping around the absorbent core (41) with the help of the adhesive (5); it is divided into anterior (A), posterior (B) and perineal area (C). The absorbent core (41) contains a blank space (41 c) at either side of the crotch area (C). The adhesive (5) is present between the top surface of the absorbent core (41) and the wrapping sheet (42) and between the bottom surface of the absorbent core (41) and the wrapping sheet (42), but not in the areas corresponding to the blank spaces (41 c). The wrapping sheet (42) not attached to itself with the adhesive in areas corresponding to the upper and lower surfaces of the empty spaces (41 c).
