FIELD: sample selection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing standard soil samples for operational and statistical monitoring of measurement error. Method of making standard samples of the mass fraction of heavy metals in the soil includes the selection of soil under natural conditions, drying, grinding, sieving and averaging the soil material, preparing an aqueous solution of heavy metal salts of a given concentration, mixing soil with a solution of heavy metal salts, evaporation of water at 105 °C and attestation of the obtained material by the mass fraction of heavy metals, which will allow to control the measurement techniques for determining the content of heavy metals in soils.
EFFECT: improving the quality of analysis in determining the content of heavy metals in soils.
