SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine and is a method of therapy of dogs with pancreatitis, characterized by the appointment in combination with traditional therapy of a complex of lymphostimulatory injections in interstitial ligament of the spine at the level of L-III-L-IV freshly prepared drug mixture containing 2 ml of 5 % solution Mexidol-Vet® 5 %, 15 units of Lidazine, 1 ml of a 2 % solution of lidocaine, 1 ml of a 40 % solution of glucose and 1 ml of a 0.9 % solution of sodium chloride at a dose of 0.5 ml per 1 kg of animal weight 5 times with an interval of 24 hours.
EFFECT: invention provides an opportunity to increase the effectiveness of therapy in pancreatitis in dogs and cats by enhancing microcirculation, lymphatic drainage and eliminating puffiness of the pancreas, speedy purification of pathological focus from harmful products of tissue decay, microbes and their toxins, increasing the body's resistance to free radicals and damaging factors leading to oxygen-dependent pathological conditions, as well as accelerating the recovery of animals.
