FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, surgery, traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in the surgical treatment of inflammatory and degenerative-dystrophic bone diseases, as well as bone injuries. Implant for the replacement of bone defects is made of a carbon-carbon material containing a carbon matrix and a reinforcing frame of carbon fibers. Implant is made of several elements arranged along one axis. Extreme elements have an internal thread, and the elements located between them have an internal thread or a through hole with a diameter greater than the outer diameter of the threads in the elements. Elements are fastened by a hairpin.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of replacement of bone defects by better matching the length of the implant with the length of the replaced bone defect and simplifying the production of implants.
