SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery, and is intended for use in bone grafting of the alveolar process of the upper jaw and the alveolar part of the lower jaw. To do this, use an autograft from the lateral edge of the scapula and model from it a single bone block consisting of cortical-spongy and flat parts, which is bent according to the shape of the defect with the preservation of a given shape, or bone blocks in the required number of required sizes and shapes. For sampling of the autograft, the subcutaneous fat and the superficial fascia of the back are dissected, the broadest muscle of the back is mobilized and the last one is withdrawn anteriorly. Pass between the teres minor muscle and teres major muscle, divert them to the side, while retaining the blood supply, innervation and attachment points of the muscles, carry out subperiosteal skeletization of the lateral margin of the scapula of the required length.

EFFECT: method allows to significantly reduce the injury rate of the operation, to shorten the time of postoperative rehabilitation of the donor area of the patient, to ensure a low degree of resorption in the postoperative period, allows for bulk 3D modeling and allows to form a bone blocks of different composition.
