FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Set of implants for the formation of a over-arch construction in the osteosynthesis of the animal's spine bone consists of plates with holes, rods, plate holders, pressing bars, vertebral screws for the over-arch constructions with plates in the form of stationary screw-plate holders, submersible screws and fastening structures of screws with bushings, vertebral screws of the over-arch constructions with rods, which include screws with a head in the form of a grooved hook with a V-shaped profile in section, and also polyaxial screws having a spherical head with a V-profile slot.
EFFECT: invention provides assistance of spine osteosynthesis irrespective of anatomical conditions, increased fixation strength, the possibility of installing the implant system based on a specific clinical situation with rational placement and an acceptable arrangement of the fixing system; the effectiveness of treatment of a fracture in animals is improved due to the variety of selection of optimal variants for the use of fixators individually for each vertebra.
