FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in treating investing tissue defects. Disclosed is a hydrogel composition for treating the investing tissue defects by a photodynamic therapy (PDT) comprising Photoditasine as a photosensibiliser, Pluronic F127 as an amphiphilic polymer, dinitrosyl iron complexes with glutathione (DNIC-GL) as a substance promoting regeneration at the cellular level, sodium alginate as a substance promoting regeneration at the tissue level. A method of treating the investing tissue defects using a photodynamic therapy involves applying the above composition to the in need of treatment at least one portion of the integumentary tissue.
EFFECT: provision of high efficiency of treatment of investing tissue defects of various etiology due to anti-inflammatory and pro-regenerative effect from mutual influence of four components of the specified composition.
