SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgery and oncology, and aims at predicting the unfavourable outcome of mechanical jaundice of malignant genesis. Immunological examination of heparinized venous blood of patients is performed in dynamics. If observing IV stage of malignant disease, accompanying diseases, age 65–75 years, values of chemiluminescent activity of neutrophilic granulocytes - Ispont less than 2180 in dynamics less than 2330 standard units, Iinduc less than 3685 in dynamics less than 3895 standard units, products of POL-DK more than 5.38 in dynamics more than 4.7 mcmol/l, MDA more than 4.5 in dynamics more than 4.2 mcmol/1 g of protein, enzymes of AOZ-SOD system less than 74.2 in dynamics less than 94.2 units/min/1 g of protein, CAT less than 0.16 in dynamics less than 0.22 mcmol/s/1 g of protein is predicted unfavourable outcome of syndrome of mechanical jaundice of malignant genesis.

EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of prediction of development of unfavourable outcome of mechanical jaundice of malignant genesis.
