FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing substrate (wastes from fish and food processing and pulp-and-paper industry) with organic filler and subsequent composting of thus prepared mixture via aerobic processing. Novelty consists in using, in one of invention versions, preliminarily disintegrated fish material, chiefly wastes from fish-processing enterprises, and, in the second version, food wastes and, as organic filler, fibrous waste from pulp-and-paper production.
