METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF ORGANIC FERTILIZER Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC C05F3/00 

FIELD: farming; utilization of wastes of live-stock farming and poultry farming with use of organic fillers and other organic wastes by aerobic fermentation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing guano or manure with organic filler and inoculating additives, supplying the organic mixture thus prepared to fermenter made in form of closed reservoir and provided with air supply system for aeration; air supply system is provided with fan, air duct and perforated pipe lines; then, aerobic fermentation is performed. In the course of aerobic fermentation, organic mixture to be fermented is enriched with mineral elements by supplying their finely-dispersed solution to air duct from hermetic reservoir having calibrated orifice. Used as organic filler is peat in the amount of 35-40% or total mass of mixture or peat and straw at guano:peat:straw ratio of 60:34:6.

EFFECT: improved quality of fertilizer depending on soil condition and consumers' application.
