Pharmaceutical composition in the form of a tablet is obtained from intragranular and extragranular components, where the intragranular components consist of hippurate (S)-ethyl 2-amino-3-(4-(2-amino-6-((R)-1-(4-chloro-2-(3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)phenyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyrimidin-4-yl)phenyl)propanoate, anhydrous lactose, hydroxypropylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and extragranular components consist of anhydrous lactose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a solid dosage form in the form of a tablet that has a hardness and stability.
