FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecology and can be used for environmental monitoring and forecasting of atmospheric pollution in the industrial region. Essence: system contains sensors for environmental monitoring of the atmosphere, sensors for measuring concentrations of pollutants directly from pollution sources, weather station, blocks of modeling, central dispatching station, unit for issuing recommendations for reducing pollutant emissions in adverse weather conditions, blocks for forecasting atmospheric pollution, blocks for comparing predicted and actual values of atmospheric pollution, blocks for correcting the predicted values of atmospheric pollution, limiters of the maximum allowable values of atmospheric pollution and blocks of fixing the excess of air pollution maximum permissible values.
EFFECT: increase the accuracy of assessment of atmospheric pollution in the industrial region.
