SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecology and can be used for environmental monitoring and forecasting of atmospheric pollution in the industrial region. System comprises sensors (4) for monitoring atmospheric conditions, sensors (1) for measuring concentrations of pollutants directly from pollution sources, weather station (2), simulation units (3, 6, 11), central dispatcher station (7), time setting device (8), unit (9) for simulating weather parameters, unit (12) for issuing recommendations for reduction emissions of pollutants in unfavorable meteorological situations, setters (5, 10) of concentrations of pollutants from pollution sources, control units (13, 14) for setting contaminant concentrations, units (15-17) for forecasting atmospheric pollution, units (18) for comparing predicted and actual values of atmospheric pollution, units (19, 20) for correcting forecast values of atmospheric pollution, setters (21) of maximum permissible values of atmospheric pollution, units (22-24) for fixing excess atmospheric pollution of maximum permissible values, integrating modules (25, 28), units (26, 29) for storage of mismatch values, units (27) for correction of mismatch of atmospheric pollution values, recorder (30) for values of sensors for measuring concentrations of pollutants directly from sources of contamination.
EFFECT: increase the accuracy of assessment of atmospheric pollution in the industrial region.
