Device for generating the sound signal comprises a capsule body, a capsule cover, a flat membrane, an electromagnet having poles of an electromagnet and an electromagnet winding, the polymeric electret membrane is located above the electromagnet. At the same time, the polymer membrane is made with a modulus of elasticity, less by two orders of magnitude of the modulus of elasticity of the steel membrane.

EFFECT: improved quality of recorded sound.
