FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. In a scrubber comprising a body including a conical, cylindrical section and a slurry tank, a nozzle for introducing a dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of the purified, irrigation device including an external pipeline with embedded lower and upper nozzles, the ratio of the diameter of the apparatus D to the diameter of the inlet branch pipe D0 is in the optimal range of D/D0=2.2–2.5, and the ratio of the height of the apparatus H to the diameter of the inlet branch pipe D0 is in the optimal range of values of H/D0=4.8–5.7, and the nozzles are in the form of nozzles, each of the injectors of the irrigation device comprises a housing with a swirl chamber and a nozzle, the body is made in the form of the supply fitting with the central opening and is rigidly connected to it and with the coaxial cylindrical sleeve with an internal thread and an expansion chamber, which is coaxial to the body, at that coaxially with the body, a nozzle, in the form of an inverted cup, is connected to the sleeve by means of a thread, in the bottom of which there is a turbulent swirler of the liquid flow with at least two inclusions to the axis of the nozzle in the form of cylindrical openings, which are located in the end surface of the nozzle, where also a central cylindrical throttle opening is made connected to the nozzle mixing chamber, in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber, and in the lower part of the mixing chamber of the nozzle a hollow conical swirler is fixed, its conical shell is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and the other end – in the annular groove made on the inner surface of the mixing chamber, and on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler a screw cutting is made.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
