FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wet-type dust collection technique and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of dusty gases. Result is achieved in a scrubber containing a body with a conical and cylindrical parts and a sludge collector, a nozzle for the injection of dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of the purified, spraying device, including an external pipeline with embedded lower and upper nozzles embedded in the form of injectors. Every nozzle comprises case with swirling chamber and atomizer. Body is made in the form of a supply fitting with a central hole and rigidly connected to it and a coaxial cylindrical sleeve with an internal thread and an expansion chamber coaxial to the housing. At the same time, a nozzle in the form of an inverted cup is connected to the body at its lower part by means of a thread, in the bottom of which a turbulent swirler of the liquid flow is made, on the external surface of which a screw thread is made.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
