SUBSTANCE: method is as follows. Milk is filtered through a filter with a HOMM from 30 kDa to 50 kDa to separate it into a fraction of ultraconcentrate containing lactoferrin, and a fraction of the filtrate containing growth factors and/or RNase with a molecular weight of less than 30 kDa. During filtration through a filter with a HOMM from 30 kDa to 50 kDa, the milk is treated with salt for at least 4 hours, so that growth factors and/or RNases with a molecular weight of less than 30 kDa fall into the filtrate. In this case, salt treatment includes maintaining milk or lactoferrin during filtration through a filter with HOMM from 30 kDa to 50 kDa at a salt concentration of at least 0.2 M NaCl or equivalent, or conductivity of at least 20 mS. Specified fraction of ultraconcentrate containing lactoferrin is connected.

EFFECT: invention provides for the production of a product on an industrial scale with a degree of purification of lactoferrin of 98 %.
