SELF-BRAKING ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MOTOR WITH DOUBLE SQUIRREL-CAGE ROTOR FOR DRIVE OF FLOW LINES Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H02K17/32 H02K7/102 H02K7/106

Abstract RU 2661641 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in units and drive mechanisms with fast and accurate automatic shutdown when the drive motor is operating in one direction, i.e. in flow lines. Self-braking asynchronous electric motor contains a stator consisting of a body, laminated magnetic circuit with an excitation winding with a cylindrical boring, bearing shields with bearings. On internal surfaces of bearing boards conic brake shoes with rigidly fixed brake slips are provisioned. Rotor contains a shaft with cylindrical laminated double packages of magnetic cores arranged symmetrically in the axial direction with respect to the stator magnetic circuit and interfaced with the shaft by means of spline couplings with the possibility of axial movement in the air gap formed between its parts with a brake spring installed between them, put on the shaft. On external cylindrical surfaces of the double packages of magnetic circuits, slots are made with rods of windings with their ends at the ends of magnetic conductors are connected by the short-circuited rings. Winding rods are arranged mirror-wise with respect to the center in the axial direction with a bevel relatively to the axis of rotation of the rotor shaft, and the direction of rotation of the rotor coincides with the increase in the angle of the axial slope of the winding rods from the middle to the edges of the magnetic circuits packages.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the starting currents, response time and noise intensity, increasing the braking efficiency and providing positioning accuracy of the drive mechanism.
