SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental research in oncology, and can be used in development of methods for achieving antimetastatic effect. Method comprises paratamoral administration of immunomodulators to the tumor-bearing mice with melanoma B16 10 days after the transplantation. To do this alternately every other day add 0.3 ml of 150 IU Roncoleukin and 0.3 ml of 150 IU Ingarone for 8 days.

EFFECT: method provides complete inhibition of metastasis as compared to control group and also inhibits tumor growth.
