SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Implantable leadless pacing device include a pacing capsule, a first electrode and multiple anchoring members. Capsule housing has a proximal region and a distal region. First electrode is disposed along the distal region. Anchoring members are coupled to the distal region, include a region with a compound curve and are capable of shifting between a first configuration and a deployed configuration. Each of the anchoring members includes the region with the compound curve when in the deployed configuration. Region with the compound curve includes a first curved section and a second curved section. First curved section is oriented in a first direction, and the second curved section is oriented in a second direction different from the first direction, and the first direction is opposite the second direction. Implantable leadless pacing device system comprises a delivery catheter, a push member and a leadless pacing device. Delivery catheter has a proximal section, a distal holding section and a lumen formed therein. Push member is slidably disposed within the lumen. Leadless pacing device is slidably received within the distal holding section.

EFFECT: improved fixation of the pacing device in the inside of a heart is achieved.
