SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for expanding the field of view of a display device for displaying content. Determine the presence of an ocular computing device near the primary computing device. Primary computing device has a primary display that is configured to display content. Ocular computing device includes a secondary display. Ocular computing device is connected to a primary computing device. Determine the direction of view for the ocular computing device relative to the primary display. Display additional content on the secondary display, which is in addition to the content displayed on the primary display. Secondary display acts as an extension of the primary display to review content that is outside the content displayed on the primary display.
EFFECT: expansion of the limited screen area available in computing devices, in order to provide the ability to work in multitasking mode for users.
