METHOD OF SEPARATION OF THE DERMIS STRUCTURE OF SHIPSKIN-FUR RAW MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C14C1/08 

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry and can be used in order to separate the structure of the dermis of sheepskin-fur raw material. Method for dividing the structure of the dermis of sheepskin-fur raw material involves treatment with a pickle solution, in the capacity of which the fermented milk composition is used, which has the titrated acidity value of at least 300 °T, the concentration of lactic acid is not less than 30 g/dm³ or pH is not more than 3.5, the acid contains sodium chloride in the amount of 20 g/dm³, and of the initial temperature of 30 °C. Treatment of the dermis of sheepskin-fur raw material is carried out using the smearing method, by means of applying the fermented milk composition to the surface of the skin tissue in the amount of 20–40 cm³/dm² and by means of subsequent laying for 24 hours at the ambient temperature of 20–25 °C.

EFFECT: proposed method of dividing the dermis of sheepskin-fur raw material provides for the increased intensity of division of the dermis structure and for the decreased level of man-made impact on the environment.
