FIELD: devices for automatic cutting of food products.
SUBSTANCE: device for automatic cutting of food products of various shapes includes movable cutting tools and is equipped with a base for placing a food product with connectors for connecting a personal computer. The base is made in the form of a quadrangle, at the corners there are four engines rigidly attached to the base. Threaded studs are attached to the motor shafts, and the threaded studs are used to mount the elements with the ability to move, while chambers and nuts are pressed into them and the upper frame is rigidly fixed. Linear bearings are fixed on the frame with the possibility of moving along them, and on opposite sides there are gear racks. The racks are equipped with motors for turning the cutting tools and gear motors for moving around the perimeter of the upper frame. The cutting tools are placed in such a way that when one is rotated by 90 degrees, the second one can move freely along the entire axis.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of automatic cutting of food products of various shapes without the need for manual change of attachments or cutting tools.
