FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the preparation of esters of dicarboxylic acids with aliphatic alcohols, which are used as plasticizers of polyvinyl chloride in production of foam, linoleum, shoe and sheet plastic, artificial leather, etc. Esterification process is carried out in two stages in apparatus made in form of two consecutive flow cylindrical non-magnetic vessels with cone transitions at inlet and outlet. Capacities are placed in cylindrical tubes, on which coils of inductors are created, creating electromagnetic field. Each coil is equipped with control unit. Ferromagnetic anisotropic bodies are placed under coils of inductors in internal cavity of cylindrical nonmagnetic capacitances. Cylindrical non-magnetic tanks contain hollow trunks of non-magnetic material with adjustable overpressure relief valves for gaseous esterification reaction products. Initial components in liquid state are fed to first cylindrical flow container from non-magnetic material to first stage of esterification. Inside vessel, reaction mixture is subjected to complex action of rotating ferromagnetic bodies, activating preliminary esterification reaction. Reaction mixture is then transferred to second stage of esterification into second cylindrical flow container of non-magnetic material with ferromagnetic bodies moving under influence of electromagnetic field.

EFFECT: technical result of using proposed group of inventions is reduction of time and simplification of technological process.
