SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for the continuous production of a bitumen emulsion and to a vessel therefor. Proposed method involves mixing bitumen, water and a complex emulsion stabilizer to obtain a stable emulsion in a vessel made in the form of a cylindrical non-magnetic container with cone transitions at the inlet and outlet for connection with the lines for the supply of bitumen, an aqueous solution of the complex stabilizer of emulsion and removal of the finished bituminous emulsion. Non-magnetic cylindrical container contains, on the outer surface, at least two induction winding systems arranged from each other at a distance excluding their electromagnetic interaction. Each of the windings is equipped with an individual control unit. Ferromagnetic bodies are placed in the internal cavity of a cylindrical non-magnetic capacitance under induction windings. In this case, cylindrical ferromagnetic bodies 19–22 mm long and 2–4 mm in diameter are used in the first system of induction windings, and cylindrical ferromagnetic bodies 30–45 mm long and 2–4 mm in diameter are used in the second induction winding system. Bitumen, water and a complex emulsion stabilizer are emulsified by at least two layers of ferromagnetic bodies rotating rapidly perpendicular to the axis of the vessel under the influence of an electromagnetic field created by induction winding systems.

EFFECT: method for producing a bitumen emulsion according to the invention makes it possible to simplify the process cycle, to increase the stability of the resulting bitumen emulsion to delamination and coagulation.
